Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The agent shows the properties to prospective buyers, if there are any, and then takes a percentage of the sales price. You pay both the buyer and the seller’s agent’s commissions. That’s 6% of the total sales price of your house! So, if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay $6,000 in commissions to both agents, altogether. Plus, you will pay for title insurance – and that’s another 1-2%! We are not agents: We are home buyers.  We don’t list houses: We are actually the person buying the house from you. We pay with all cash, so there is no waiting for our loan to come through.
